What is your return policy?
As our products are customized to meet your specific needs we do not accept returns unless the product was damaged in the shipping process, in which case we will work with you to replace the product. Please contact us for further information.

Duties, taxes and customs are as per the regulations of the country to which you are shipping.
My purchase was damaged in the shipping process, what are my options?
Should your product become damaged in the shipping process please contact us through our contact us page and we will resolve the situation in a timely manner.
Are the product pictures for each product representative of the actual product?
Each product picture is of the actual product that you will be getting when you order the product. We try our best to ensure that the color of the product is faithfully represented, however the colors may appear different in reality.

What does handmade in Canada mean?
Each product is made by hand, limited edition, there are no automated machines, or assembly line style of mass production involved. Our products have the distinct feel of having been made in a freehand crafted process. As each product is unique there may be slight imperfections present in our products that would not be present or acceptable in products that are crafted in a mass production environment. We do however stand behind the durability and guarantee that our products are up to the challenges of daily life.
